The reconstruction will begin <b>in the first half of 2025 <\/b>and will be completed in<b> the second half of 2026<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Tourist rental and private stays<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The owners of the apartment enter into a\u00a0contract with a\u00a0management company that will take care of all the operation and management of the apartment, which includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>listing on online accommodation portals (Booking, Airbnb, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>marketing<\/li>\n<li>administration of bookings<\/li>\n<li>check-in &amp; out management and complete guest care<\/li>\n<li>regular maintenance, repairs and cleaning<\/li>\n<li>insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The amount of the annual rental income will depend on the extent of personal use in a\u00a0given year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>28 days of private stay per year = <b>5 % of the net purchase price<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>21 days = <b>5.25 %<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>14 days = <b>5.50 %<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>7 days = <b>5.75 %<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>no private use during the year = <b>6 %<\/b><b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Apartment and resort amenities<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>During the renovation, the building and the apartments will be completely rebuilt, fully furnished with the use of top quality materials and complemented with luxury design elements. The equipment will include <b>an infrared sauna<\/b>,<\/p>\n<p>The accommodation complex also offers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a cosy restaurant (with the possibility to order breakfasts)<\/li>\n<li>an outdoor fitness area<\/li>\n<li>a parking lot with a charging station for electric cars<\/li>\n<li>a small shop with local natural products<\/li>\n<\/ul>",
