Overview

This development project consists of the renovation and extension of an existing guesthouse, located just four kilometers from the famous ski resort of Nassfeld, into a beautiful accommodation resort with 34 spacious and fully equipped apartments. Tourist rental and private stays

The owners of the apartment enter into a contract with a management company that will take care of all the operation and management of the apartment, which includes:

• - listing on online accommodation portals (Booking, Airbnb, etc.)
• - marketing
• - administration of bookings
• - check-in & out management and complete guest care
• - regular maintenance, repairs and cleaning
• - insurance

The amount of the annual rental income will depend on the extent of personal use in a given year:

• - 28 days of private stay per year = 5 % of the net purchase price
• - 21 days = 5.25 %
• - 14 days = 5.50 %
• - 7 days = 5.75 %
• - no private use during the year = 6 %
